By using PlayStoreReady, you agree to the terms below. These terms describe how our closed testing services work and what you can expect from us.
Service overview
PlayStoreReady provides structured closed testing for Google Play apps, including tester recruitment, daily usage, and reporting. We help you complete the 14-day testing requirement with real devices and real people.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate app builds, closed testing links, and feature checklists so testers can complete meaningful usage.
- Respond to onboarding questions and communicate any changes that impact your testing timeline.
- Ensure your app complies with Google Play policies. We do not control Google’s review decisions.
Payment & refunds
You will be billed according to the pricing shown during onboarding. If your app is denied due to testing quality, we follow our approval safety guarantee and refund eligible fees. Refunds do not apply to denials unrelated to testing quality.
Data & reporting
We provide testing artifacts such as screenshots, usage logs, and tester history. You may use this reporting to demonstrate testing quality, but you may not resell or publish tester identities without consent.
Limitation of liability
PlayStoreReady is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by third parties. We do not guarantee Play Store approval, but we do provide the structured testing and reporting needed to strengthen your submission.
